Palm Meadows opened in 1987 and was the first golf resort course on the Gold Coast. The course was designed by professional golfer Graham Marsh. Marsh created a challenging 350-hectare par 72 course that measures 6319 metres off the championship tees.

It has 82 sand bunkers and 14 holes that feature water. The first hole is known for being one of the world’s most challenging opening holes, but their signature hole is the 523-metre par 5 18th. It was rated 18th out of 500 of the world’s top golf holes by US Golf Digest.

With both opening and closing holes rated among the best in Australia, Palm Meadows has created somewhat of a legacy providing remarkable golfing experiences and attracting high profile golf tournaments.
